Refund Policy

1. Event Registration

Registration fees for our live events and workshops are generally non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, you may:

• Transfer your registration to a friend or colleague.
• Request a credit for a future event (subject to availability).

All requests must be made at least 48 hours before the event starts.

2. Digital Services

For our digital services (Social Media Management, Web Development, etc.), refunds are handled as per the terms specified in your service agreement or contract. In general, work already completed and delivered is non-refundable.
